We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare and/or sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unopened, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For your safety, all products are closed with a void sticker to make sure they are authentic and passed quality control. once removed and/or tempered, the product will be considered as opened and used and can not be returned.
To start a return, simply return the un-opened products and a copy of your order to Balémage at Bonatica - Amarantis Shitta 25, 3118, Limassol, Cyprus

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received a damaged shipping box please make sure the delivery personnel note that the package has been damaged during shipping.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Cancellation
Our concierge team is working hard to maintain a world-class shopping experience processing and shipping your products as soon as possible, your order will be processed as soon as possible therefore cancellation of an already placed order is not possible and we apologize for that. You can still contact our concierge team via chat or contact form and we would try our best to assist you. You can always return unopened products please see our full policy on returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- Keep in a shaded and cold place
- On warm weather days if ointments and creams lose structure you can store them in the regrigerator for 15 min to re-firm them.
